HAFI is committed to contributing to the sustainability of our single earth. Members are regularly involved with community

efforts to improve our physical environment.

Adopt-A-Highway

One mile stretch of roadway on Northside Drive is cleaned at least once per quarter by members.

Electronic Waste

Atlanta City Councilmember Carla Smith hosts a wonderful event annually at Turner Field where members participate to

promote the practice of properly discarding broken, obsolete, and unused electrical and electronic devices.

Tree Planting

Partner with Trees Atlanta to protecting & improving Atlanta's urban forest by planting.

Keep Atlanta Beautiful

Members participate in Race 2 Recycle 5K and 1-mile fun run to promote awareness and empowering Atlanta’s communities to

sustain cleaner and greener neighborhoods.
